Nirman — Account & Data Removal

Your Right to Deletion

Under our Privacy Policy, you have the right to request complete deletion of your account and all data associated with it in the Nirman mobile application.

This right is available to all current and former employees of GMS Jain Jewellers Private Limited at any time.

What Gets Deleted

Upon approval of your request, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your user account, login credentials, and session data
  • All GPS location tracking logs linked to your account
  • Attendance records including photographs, times, and locations
  • Sales and return transaction records linked to your username
  • Product requirement requests submitted by you
  • Draft sales and scan session data

Note: Some anonymised, non-identifiable transaction records may be retained for accounting and legal compliance, with all personally identifiable information removed.

How It Works
1Submit the form below with your registered username and a contact email.
2We verify your identity through your employer's records to protect against unauthorised requests.
3Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days of successful verification. You will be notified by email upon completion.

Include your username, contact email, and reason in the email body. We will respond within 30 days.

Data Retention After Deletion

Once deletion is confirmed:

  • Your account is immediately deactivated and cannot be used to log in
  • All identifiable data is permanently erased from our database within 30 days
  • Backup copies (if any) are purged within 90 days
  • Anonymised aggregate statistics (e.g., total sales counts) may be retained without any link to your identity
